1. Agreement
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and OrvexaCo for the Android game Police Chief: City Justice (the Game). By installing or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
2. Personal licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the Game on Android devices you own or control. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from the Game, except where the law expressly permits.
3. Free play and purchases
The Game is free to play. The story, every district, weekly Operations, achievements and the free Duty Pass track can be played without paying. There are no ads and no loot boxes: every purchase shows exactly what it contains before you buy.
Optional purchases are:
- Gem packs: consumable. Gems and Cash are in-game items with no real-world value; they cannot be exchanged for money or transferred.
- One-time packs and permanent unlocks (for example the Rookie Starter Pack or the Second Construction Crew): bought once and restored through Google Play.
- Duty Pass Premium: a one-time purchase for the current season only. It does not renew.
- Chief's Commission: an optional monthly subscription that renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in Google Play, under Payments and subscriptions; benefits continue until the end of the paid period.
Prices are shown in the Game in your local currency before you buy. Payments, renewals and refunds are handled by Google Play under its policies. Consumable items already used cannot be restored after you reset or lose your save.
4. Fair use
You must use the Game fairly and may not interfere with the Game, its purchase flows or its intended operation, including by modifying save data to obtain paid items. You may not use the Game to copy, resell or redistribute its content.
5. Fiction
The Game is a work of fiction. Its city, characters, organisations and events are invented, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by any police force or government body.
6. Privacy
The Game does not require an account, contains no ads, and plays fully offline. Its data practices are described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Updates and availability
We may update, change or discontinue the Game or a feature. Your progress is stored on your device; we cannot recover a save that has been deleted. Features that depend on Google Play may be unavailable when Google Play cannot be reached.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OrvexaCo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the Game. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case the limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms. Sections concerning the licence, fair use, intellectual property, disclaimer and contact survive termination.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the current version. Continuing to use the Game after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
