1. Agreement
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and OrvexaCo for the Android app REPZO: Gym Workout Tracker ("REPZO", the "App"). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. What the App is
The App is an offline-first gym and strength-training tracker. It lets you build routines and follow programs, log sets with a rest timer, and review personal records, streaks, achievements, progress charts, muscle analytics and body measurements. It also includes a plate calculator, data export and import, backup, and optional Health Connect sync.
3. Health and fitness disclaimer
The App is a tool for recording and reviewing your own training. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, health, nutrition or professional fitness advice. Programs, charts, records, analytics and any other content in the App are general information only and are not tailored to your health, fitness level or circumstances.
- Consult a doctor or other qualified health professional before starting or changing an exercise programme, particularly if you have an injury, a medical condition, are pregnant, or have not trained recently.
- Strength training carries a risk of injury. You are responsible for choosing exercises and loads that are appropriate for you, for using correct technique and safe equipment, and for stopping if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort.
- You use the App, and do any exercise you record in it, at your own risk.
4. Free version and REPZO Pro subscription
The App is free to use. An optional subscription, REPZO Pro, unlocks additional features; the App shows the current list before you subscribe. REPZO Pro is offered as monthly, 3-month and yearly plans, and the yearly plan may include a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers.
- Billing: subscriptions are sold and billed through Google Play under the Google Play Terms of Service, and charged to the Google account that made the purchase. Prices are shown in Google Play before you confirm.
- Auto-renewal: a subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the then-current price, until you cancel. If you start a free trial, the first charge is made when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
- Cancelling: cancel at any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep REPZO Pro until the end of the period already paid for. Uninstalling the App does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds: refunds are handled by Google Play according to its refund policy. You may also contact us at muhammadsuleman30000@gmail.com and we will do our best to help.
- Restoring: use Restore purchases in the App to re-apply an active subscription on a device signed in to the same Google account.
- Changes: we may change plans, prices or the features included in REPZO Pro. Price changes for existing subscribers are notified and applied through Google Play.
5. Your data and backups
Your workout, body and profile data is stored on your device, not on our servers. We cannot access, restore or recover it. Uninstalling the App, clearing its data, or losing or resetting your device deletes it. You are responsible for keeping your own backups using the App's export and backup features, and for the security of the location you save them in.
6. Licence and acceptable use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on Android devices you own or control, for your own training. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the App or its content, or use the App in any way that interferes with Google Play or the purchase-verification service, except where the law expressly permits.
7. Content and intellectual property
The App's design, code and original content are owned by OrvexaCo. The training data you enter remains yours. Third-party trademarks, including Google Play and Health Connect, belong to their respective owners.
8. Privacy
The App does not require an account and does not include advertising or analytics. How the App handles data, including purchases and Health Connect, is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Updates and availability
We may update, change or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. Features that depend on Google Play (purchases and restore) or on Health Connect may be unavailable when those services cannot be reached or are not supported on your device.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OrvexaCo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, for any injury or health outcome arising from exercise you perform, or for any loss of data stored on your device, and our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid for REPZO Pro in the 12 months before the claim, if any. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case the limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted.
11. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it; remember to cancel any active subscription in Google Play. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. Sections 3, 7, 10 and 12 survive termination.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable local law. Disputes are resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction at our principal place of business unless otherwise required. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of the country you live in.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the current version. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
