This policy covers the Android app REPZO: Gym Workout Tracker ("REPZO", the "app"), package com.orvexaco.repzo, distributed through Google Play. REPZO is an offline-first gym and strength-training tracker. It does not ask you to create an account, does not contain advertising, and does not include analytics or tracking software. Your workout, body and profile data stays on your device.
The Terms of Use for the app are published alongside this policy.

2. Information stored on your device
The app keeps the following on your phone only, in the app's private storage:
- Training data: your routines and programs, the workouts you log (exercises, sets, weight, reps and notes), personal records, streaks and achievements.
- Body data: body weight and the body measurements you enter.
- Profile and settings: the profile details you enter in the app, units, rest-timer defaults, theme, reminders and other preferences.
We cannot see any of this. The app has no account system and we operate no server that receives it. The app does not use the network for anything except validating purchases, as described in section 3.
3. Purchases (Google Play and RevenueCat)
The app is free with an optional auto-renewing subscription, REPZO Pro. Payment is handled entirely by Google Play; we never see your payment details. Google's handling of your purchase is described in the Google Play Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
To know whether a subscription is active on this device, the app uses RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.), a purchase-management service. This is the only network use in the app. When the app starts, and when you buy or restore, the following is sent to RevenueCat:
- an anonymous app user ID generated on your device by the RevenueCat SDK. It is not tied to your name, email or Google account, and we do not link it to anything;
- the Google Play purchase tokens and product information for the subscription, so the purchase can be verified with Google;
- basic device and app metadata the SDK sends with every request: device model, Android version, app version, locale and time zone, and your IP address as part of the network connection.
No workout, body, profile or Health Connect data is ever sent to RevenueCat. RevenueCat uses the information above to verify the purchase and remember that the subscription belongs to that anonymous ID. RevenueCat acts as our service provider and does not sell this data. Its privacy policy is at revenuecat.com/privacy.
"Restore purchases" asks Google Play for purchases already owned by the Google account signed in on the device and re-applies REPZO Pro. No additional data is collected.
4. Health Connect
Health Connect sync is optional and off until you turn it on and grant permission in Android's Health Connect permission screen. If you enable it, the app requests only these Health Connect permissions:

Health Connect data is read and written on your device only. It is never sent to us, to RevenueCat, or to any other third party. You can revoke the permissions at any time in the Health Connect settings on your device; the rest of the app keeps working without them.
Limited use. REPZO's use of information received from Health Connect adheres to the Health Connect Permissions policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular:
- Health Connect data is used only to provide the workout and body-weight features described above, which you can see in the app.
- Health Connect data is not transferred or sold to third parties, including advertising platforms, data brokers or information resellers.
- Health Connect data is not used for advertising, including personalised or interest-based advertising.
- Health Connect data is not used to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
- No human reads your Health Connect data. It never leaves your device, so we have no access to it.
5. Backup, export and import
- Export and import: you can export your data as a JSON backup file or as CSV, and import a JSON backup. Files are written to, and read from, a location you pick with Android's file picker.
- Android device backup: Android's built-in device backup (Google's "Backup by Google One" / Android Auto Backup) may include this app's data in your own Google account backup if you have device backup turned on. That backup belongs to your Google account, is encrypted by Google, and is governed by Google's privacy policy.
We never receive any of these files. If you choose a location provided by another app or service (for example a cloud-storage folder), that provider handles the file under its own privacy policy.
6. Notifications
The app can show a notification for the active workout and rest timer (including on the lock screen), for new personal records, for workout reminders you set up, and for backup status. These are local notifications scheduled on your phone. No notification service or server is involved; nothing is sent anywhere.

The app does not request location, camera, microphone, contacts or storage-wide file access.
8. Children
The app is intended for people who train with weights and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the app sends us no personal information, there is nothing for a parent to request, but you can contact us at muhammadsuleman30000@gmail.com with any concern.
9. Your choices and data deletion
- Delete everything on the device: uninstall the app, or clear its data in Android Settings → Apps → REPZO → Storage → Clear storage. Either one permanently deletes all workout, body and profile data held by the app. We hold no copy, so there is nothing further for us to delete.
- Backup and export files: files you exported or backed up stay where you saved them until you delete them. An Android device backup in your Google account is managed in your Google account settings.
- Health Connect: records the app wrote to Health Connect stay in Health Connect after you uninstall. You can delete them, and revoke the app's access, in the Health Connect settings on your device.
- Subscriptions and purchase records: purchases are managed in Google Play. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Google Play keeps the record of your purchase under your Google account. To ask for the anonymous app user ID and purchase record held by RevenueCat to be deleted, email muhammadsuleman30000@gmail.com from the device with the app installed; we will explain how to find the anonymous ID, since we have no other way to identify you.
- Notifications and reminders: turn them off in the app's settings or revoke the notification permission in Android settings.
10. Security
Data between the app and Google Play or RevenueCat is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Data on your device is stored in the app's private storage, which other apps cannot read on an unmodified phone. Backup and export files are ordinary files: anyone with access to the location you saved them in can read them, so keep them somewhere you trust.
11. Changes to this policy
If the app's data practices change, this policy will be updated and the effective date changed. Material changes will be mentioned in the app's release notes on Google Play.
