1. Agreement
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and OrvexaCo for the Android app US Citizenship Test 2026 (the "App"). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. What the App is
The App is a study tool for the civics portion of the U.S. naturalization interview. It provides practice questions, flashcards, mock interviews and reference material adapted from publicly available USCIS study materials.
The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) or any government agency, and it is not legal advice. Official test content, procedures and eligibility rules are set by USCIS and may change at any time. Always confirm current requirements at uscis.gov.
3. No guarantee of results
We work hard to keep the content accurate and current, including the names of elected officials, but we cannot guarantee that every answer is correct or up to date at the moment of your interview. Using the App does not guarantee that you will pass any test or that any immigration application will be approved.
4. Free version and Premium unlock
The App is free to use with daily limits on practice questions and a limited number of mock interviews. A one-time in-app purchase ("Premium unlock") removes those limits and unlocks additional features on the Google account that made the purchase.
- Purchases are processed by Google Play under the Google Play Terms of Service. Prices are shown in Google Play before you confirm.
- Premium unlock is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There are no recurring charges.
- Refunds are handled by Google Play according to its refund policy. You may also contact us at muhammadsuleman30000@gmail.com and we will do our best to help.
- Use Settings → Restore purchase to re-apply the unlock on a new device signed in to the same Google account.
5. Licence and acceptable use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on Android devices you own or control, for your own study. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the App or its content except where the law expressly permits.
6. Content and intellectual property
The App's design, code and original content are owned by OrvexaCo. Civics questions and answers are based on public U.S. government materials, which are not subject to copyright. Third-party trademarks, including Google Play, belong to their respective owners.
7. Privacy
The App does not require an account and does not include advertising or analytics. How the App handles data is described in the Privacy Policy (also available in the app under Settings → Privacy Policy), which forms part of these Terms.
8. Updates and availability
We may update, change or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. Features that depend on Google Play (purchases and restore) or on an internet connection (the optional officials update) may be unavailable when those services cannot be reached.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OrvexaCo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on the App's content, and our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid for the Premium unlock, if any. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case the limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted.
10. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. Sections 3, 6, 9 and 11 survive termination.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the current version. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
