1. Agreement
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and OrvexaCo for the Android app Canadian Citizenship Test 2026 (the "App"). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. What the App is
The App is an independent study aid for the Canadian citizenship test. It provides practice questions, illustrated lessons, timed mock tests, province- and territory-specific questions and a glossary, all based on the public IRCC study guide Discover Canada: The Rights and Responsibilities of Citizenship.
The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) or the Government of Canada, and it is not legal or immigration advice. The official guide, the test format, procedures and eligibility rules are set by IRCC and may change at any time. Always confirm current requirements at canada.ca.
3. No guarantee of results
We work hard to keep the content accurate and aligned with the current edition of Discover Canada, but we cannot guarantee that every question, answer or explanation is correct or up to date at the moment of your test. Using the App does not guarantee that you will pass the citizenship test or that any citizenship application will be approved.
4. Free version and Premium unlock
The App is free to use with a limit of 20 practice questions per day and 2 mock tests. A one-time in-app purchase ("Premium unlock") removes those limits and unlocks unlimited practice questions and mock tests, weak-area analysis, the provincial and territorial question bank, and full read-aloud, on the Google account that made the purchase.
- Purchases are processed by Google Play under the Google Play Terms of Service. Prices are shown in Google Play before you confirm.
- Premium unlock is a one-time, non-consumable purchase, not a subscription. There are no recurring charges.
- Refunds are handled by Google Play according to its refund policy. You may also contact us at muhammadsuleman30000@gmail.com and we will do our best to help.
- Use Settings → Restore purchase to re-apply the unlock on a new device signed in to the same Google account.
5. Licence and acceptable use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on Android devices you own or control, for your own study. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the App or its content, or use the App in any way that interferes with Google Play or the purchase-verification service, except where the law expressly permits.
6. Content and intellectual property
The App's design, code, original questions, explanations and lessons are owned by OrvexaCo. Discover Canada: The Rights and Responsibilities of Citizenship is © His Majesty the King in Right of Canada, as represented by the Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship; the App's content is adapted from it as a study aid and no endorsement is implied. Photographs used in the App are credited under Settings → About → Photo credits and are used under their respective licences. Third-party trademarks, including Google Play, belong to their respective owners.
7. Privacy
The App does not require an account and does not include advertising or analytics. How the App handles data is described in the Privacy Policy (also linked in the app under Settings → About → Privacy policy), which forms part of these Terms.
8. Updates and availability
We may update, change or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. Features that depend on Google Play (purchases and restore) or on an internet connection may be unavailable when those services cannot be reached; all study content works offline.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OrvexaCo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on the App's content, and our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid for the Premium unlock, if any. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case the limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted.
10. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. Sections 3, 6, 9 and 11 survive termination.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the current version. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
