1. Agreement
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and OrvexaCo for the Android app Arrow Escape: Calm Puzzle (the App). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Personal licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on Android devices you own or control. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from the App, except where the law expressly permits.
3. Free modes and purchases
Classic mode with 3 lives and Relax mode with unlimited lives are both free. The App also includes 240 curated levels across Easy, Normal, Hard and Expert, endless levels and a Daily Challenge.
Optional purchases are one-time purchases only: theme packs (Sky, Sand, Nature and Minimal), an Arrow Styles pack, hint packs (50, 150 or 500 hints) and an Everything Pack. There are no subscriptions, coins or energy.
- Themes and styles restore through Google Play.
- Bought hints do not restore through Google Play, though the backup code can move them.
- Refunds follow Google Play's policy.
4. Fair use
You must use the App fairly and may not interfere with the App, its purchase flows or its intended operation. You may not use the App to copy, resell or redistribute its content.
5. Privacy
The App does not require an account, contains no ads, and works fully offline. Its data practices are described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Updates and availability
We may update, change or discontinue the App or a feature. Features that depend on Google Play may be unavailable when Google Play cannot be reached.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OrvexaCo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the App. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case the limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted.
8. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms. Sections concerning the licence, fair use, intellectual property, disclaimer and contact survive termination.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the current version. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
