Digital Khata: Udhar & Stock works without an account. You only have an account with us if you chose Continue with Google in the app, which signs you in with Firebase Authentication. Signing in is optional. If you never signed in, we hold no account for you, and your business data lives only on your phone (and in your own Google Drive, if you turned on Drive backup).

In the app: open Settings → Account → Sign out. If your business is shared with other people, also open Settings → Share business and choose Leave (or Delete shared business if you own it).
Email us at muhammadsuleman30000@gmail.com from the email address of the Google account you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my Digital Khata account". Include the email address you used to sign in to the app.
We delete your account and the data listed below within 30 days and confirm by email when it is done.

What gets deleted

Your account: your Firebase Authentication account — your email address, name and user ID.
Shared-business data in the cloud: for any shared business you own, all of its records stored in Google Cloud Firestore — products, sales, purchases, expenses, customers, suppliers, payments, staff, cash and bank books, and partners. Your membership in businesses owned by other people is also removed.
Purchase-verification record: the RevenueCat customer record linked to your user ID.

What is kept, and for how long

Google Play purchase and order records are kept by Google and RevenueCat as required for tax and accounting, typically for up to 7 years. Premium stays tied to your Google Play account, so you can still restore it later.
Data stored only on your phone is not on our servers, so we cannot delete it for you. You can delete it yourself by deleting the business in Settings → Delete this business, or by uninstalling the app or clearing its storage.
Google Drive backups live in the hidden app-data folder of your own Google Drive, which we cannot access. To remove them, open Google Drive → Settings → Manage apps → Digital Khata → Delete hidden app data.

Delete some data without deleting your account

Delete a business: in the app, open Settings → Delete this business.
Leave or stop sharing a business: open Settings → Share business and choose Leave, or remove sharing / delete the shared business if you own it.
Delete Google Drive backup data: Google Drive → Settings → Manage apps → Digital Khata → Delete hidden app data.
Ask us: email muhammadsuleman30000@gmail.com saying which data you want deleted. We handle requests within 30 days.
