1. Agreement
These Terms and Conditions are an agreement between you and OrvexaCo for the Android app Aqua Bliss: Water Sort (the App). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Personal licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on Android devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from the App, except where the law expressly permits.
3. Free to play and optional purchases
The App is free, with no ads and no subscriptions. Every level and game mode can be played without paying.
You can optionally buy packs of coins or gems. Purchases are made through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms and refund policies. Prices are shown in the App before you buy. A pack is a one-time purchase that is credited to the App on the device where you bought it and used up as you spend it; packs are not subscriptions and do not renew. If a purchase is charged but not credited, contact us with your Google Play order ID.
4. In-game items
Coins, gems, stars, tools, themes, bottles and other in-game items are earned by playing or bought as described in section 3, and spent inside the App. They have no monetary value outside the App, cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money, and exist only inside the App. Except where the law or Google Play's refund policies require otherwise, purchases are final once the items are credited.
5. Daily, weekly and challenge puzzles
- Puzzles, challenges and rewards are generated by the App and may change over time.
- Daily puzzles, streaks, login rewards and weekly events follow your device's date. Changing the date may affect them.
- Rewards have no value outside the game.
6. Your progress
Your progress is stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping it. Uninstalling the App, resetting your progress or losing your device can permanently remove your progress, and we cannot recover it for you.
7. Statistics
Statistics, stars and achievements in the App describe gameplay only. They are not medical, psychological or cognitive assessments.
8. Fair use
You must not interfere with the App or its intended operation, or use the App to copy, resell or redistribute its content.
9. Privacy
The App does not require an account and works fully offline. Its data practices are described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Intellectual property
The App, including its name, logo, artwork, sounds and puzzle generation, belongs to OrvexaCo or its licensors. Open-source fonts and icons remain under their own licences.
11. Updates and availability
We may update, change or discontinue the App or any feature. We aim to keep your saved progress when updating, but we do not guarantee it.
12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OrvexaCo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of progress or data, arising from use of the App. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.
13. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Your licence ends if you breach these Terms. Sections concerning the licence, fair use, intellectual property, disclaimer and contact survive termination.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable local law. Disputes are resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction at our principal place of business unless otherwise required. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of the country you live in.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will change the effective date when we do. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
